Description
Budget barrel vice with 3 split bushings, 1.125″ (Tikka knox), 1.200″ (some factory knox), & 1.250″ (most factory knox), H12 hex drive, small anti seize tub, mounting bolts & storage tray.
Compatible with our other taper bushing available separately.
We have made this vice to make a serious bit of gear more accessible to the home user. We have used this pattern item in our workshop for several months without any issues what-so-ever and have done over a hundred barrels and plenty of extremely tight factory and military barrels.
Made in Moorebank and guaranteed for non-industrial use for life. These are machined from 1020 steel, which has been blued, clamp screws are high tensile M14, fitted with flat washers and return springs to they’ll open as you undo the clamp screws.
This is a tool that is built for a lifetime of use by an individual or club. You can use it for any switch barrel, or crack out the most stubborn of factory or military barrels. Should any part of it ever fail under such use we’ll replace the part or the whole thing.
This item would do fine in a gunsmiths workshop of other industrial setting, and under such use we will warrant it and every part of it for 2 years. The one upgrade I’d suggest for industrial users is to upgrade to spherical washers.
